Slavik Kryklyvyy and Hanna Karttunen (2008)
Slavik was dancing with Joanna Leunis, current (2008) Blackpool Professional Latin champion along with Michal Malitowski, as an amateur between 1998 and 2000. Then, he partnered with Karina Smirnoff from 2001 till 2005. Without a doubt, the partnership between Karina and Slavik was one of the best in the Latin dancing because of their chemistry, strength, power, speed, and above all, their charisma. Whatever the reason, they broke off the partnership. Before they broke up though, they even appeared in a movie, “Shall We Dance?” (You can read the transcrip to their interview at Dance Today site. Then, Slavik started dancing with Elena Khvorova in March 2006, and they split in Decembr 2007.
Now, Slavik is dancing with Hanna, who was dancing with Paul Killick between 1999 and 2004. This is the only video clip available for Slavik and Hanna at Youtube at this time. The event was held in Vienna, Austria in April 2008.
They are scheduled to appear in New York in December 2008, in the Big Apple Dance Challenge.
