Maurizio Vescovo & Melinda Torokgyorgy (Samba, 2008)
According to dancesportinfo.net, they started dancing together as amateur. They got the first place as amateur in Dance Olympiad 2008 held in Spain in early May this year, and then they turned pro. Blackpool 2008 was their pro debut. They made finals in 4 out of 5 dances and placed 6th for overall Professional Latin. In August 2008, they won the German Open, and they placed 4th after Ricardo & Yulia, Andrej and Elena, and Dmitri and Natalia for the Professional World Cup Latin held in Moscow.
