Ricardo Cocchi & Yulia Zagoryuchenko’s Hello Baby (WSSDF, 2008)

A short version of this routine was used as a short showdance for the 2009 America’s Ballroom Challenge (held at Ohio Star Ball (2008)). Ricardo and Yulia won the title of America’s best, beating other couples each representing different styles, American smooth, American rhythm, and International Standard.

This routine is very enjoyable, and both Ricardo and Yulia look great. Hopefully, we can see the short version they did it last week and other 2 showdances soon.

I also liked the song a lot, and been looking for the title and artist name.

I found the song. It’s Kaboom by URSULA 1000 feat. IZUMI OOKAWARA. It’s in “World Super Stars Latin (The Music From The Shows)” CD available at danceshopper.com. Its original version, with some Japanese lyrics in the middle and with faster speed, is also available from Amazon as an mp3 download.

I agree. Everything (music, costume, dancing) matches to tell a story.
