Evgenij Voznyuk & Oksana Nikiforova (Rumba, 2008)
This video of Evgenij Voznyuk & Oksana Nikiforova is from German Masters 2008. According to dancesportinfo.net, their first competition was March 2007. Oksana was dancing with Franco Formica until 2004 and Evgenij was partnered with Katharina Simon. Oksana changed her hair color and style, and this new hair do looks much better on her, IMO.
