I think Ekaterina Vaganova’s partner in this video is Dmytro Wloch, whose long-time partner (Olga Urumova) is now dancing with Stefano Di Filippo, but I’m not sure.

Here’s a video from the Ukranian Championships 2009 held in April. The winners, Dmytro Wloch and Olga Urumova, are now split. (The first 40 seconds or so of cha cha show Dmytro and Olga.) Olga is now dancing with Stefano Di Filippo, and Dmytro is dancing with Ekaterina Vaganova.
