Well…. According to Dancesportinfo.net, Franco Formica and Oksana Lebedewa‘s first competition was in March 2007, but this clip says it is from 2006…. Although the sound (and music) in this clip is sub-par, this couple’s dancing more than compensates it.  I am amazed how flexible Oksana is and how well both of them convey the emotion. This couple made the 2008 Blackpool finals. I really like the way Franco expressed his excitement when their number was announced.
